Our
STORY
The woman behind the champion of jahnun is Yochi Vorobeychik, a confectioner who for the past 30 years has been precise and turned the jahnun into her own special dish.
The jahnun is made by hand throughout the special dough preparation process that includes wholemeal flour to create a true taste experience for the jahnun.
The jahnun enters the oven overnight for low heat and is freshly prepared every Saturday
